Where does the ad content come from?

All ad content is configurable by the advisor, but Adwerx prefills each field with either data from the advisor’s BAS website or relevant defaults.

What happens when someone clicks on the ad?

The customer is required to provide a website URL that is used as the “landing page” for the ad campaign.  When an individual clicks on that ad, they are directed to this landing page.  The landing page may be, for example, the customer’s website, their profile page on their parent company’s website, etc. The URL your ad points to may be changed at any time.

What type of reporting do I receive for the ad performance?

Each ad campaign reports the number of ad impressions and number of clicks on the ad and a graph of how that data trends over time.  This data is updated multiple times throughout the day and is accessible to the customer 24/7 in their Adwerx account.  They also receive this information in a daily email from Adwerx, which they may unsubscribe from if preferred.

Ads for your Sphere

What is the goal of this ad campaign?

The goal of the sphere product is to keep a customer top-of-mind with the people in their sphere of influence to drive their repeat and referral business.

Who is targeted with the ads?

During the ad setup process, the customer uploads a list of contacts that he or she would like to target with ads.  The contact list contains the person’s email and/or phone number.

Adwerx then uses this contact list to target ads to these individuals based on their email and/or phone number.  This is done by “matching” the email and/or phone number to an anonymous online profile.  Adwerx finds these online profiles when the individuals visit websites, mobile apps and Facebook and shows the customer’s ad.

How much does this ad product cost and is it a recurring cost?

This product has pricing packages of $49 (Standard), $79 (Pro) or $99 (Premium) per month (billed quarterly) for up to 500 contacts.  All sphere campaigns come with a 3 day free trial.

At the end of the term, the ad campaign automatically renews for a subsequent term, unless canceled by the customer prior to renewal date.  The customer receives a notification 7 days prior to the renewal date, and may also cancel the renewal at any point in the campaign.

How often will the ads be shown?

Depending on the plan purchased by the customer, the sphere ad campaign will receive up to approximately 1,200 (Standard), 2,000 (Pro) or 2,500 (Premium) ad impressions per month.

Can the ad campaign be edited or canceled?

Yes, the ad, landing page and contacts can be edited at any time during the campaign.  The customer may also cancel the campaign at any point and will receive a prorated credit for the time remaining in the campaign that can be applied to future Adwerx campaigns.

Retargeting Ads

What is the goal of this ad campaign?

The goal of the retargeting product is to show the customer’s ad to people who visited their website without converting. This helps recapture missed opportunities to establish the customer as the go-to wealth management expert for prospects.

Who is targeted with the ads?

When people visit the customer’s website, their browser receives a cookie from bit of code that allows us to follow them all around the web, mobile and facebook with the customer’s ad ad Simply visiting the website puts them in the audience of the ad.

Does the cookie deployed to website visitors expire?

No. Until the website visitor clears their browser cache, they will remain a member of the audience for the advisor’s website.

How much does this ad product cost and is it a recurring cost?

The price of the retargeting product is $25 paid monthly.

At the end of the term, the ad campaign automatically renews for a subsequent term, unless canceled by the customer prior to renewal date.  The customer may cancel the renewal at any point in the campaign.

How often will the ads be shown?

Each campaign receives 500 ad impressions per month. The campaign includes advertising on desktop websites, Facebook and mobile apps.
